Cancellation Policy
In the case of need for
cancellation, and if the Institute is unable to fill
the vacancy, the following charges
will be raised:
Cancellation
- before 6 weeks prior to date of booking: 25% of
total value of room hire
- between 6 weeks and 2 weeks of date of booking:
50%
- less than 2 weeks before date of booking: 100%
