The Perinatal Institute, in association with SANDS, will be able to offer a limited number of scientific bursaries to assist health professionals / investigators from developing countries to participate in ISA 2007. The bursaries will be worth up to £1000 and cover travel, accommodation and registration.

To apply, candidates should submit by 31 May 2007:

• A brief (max one page) explanation of how participation at ISA would assist in their work.
• Abstract for poster or oral presentation (more than one abstract may be submitted). For details on abstracts, click here

The abstract(s) should relate to stillbirth / perinatal mortality, and fit into one of the following research categories:

• Epidemiology
• Audit
• Clinical studies
• Pathology
• Education / training
