PHDC Data Items
The dataset reflect items agreed
by the members of the former Critical Care Information
Data Group. The group based their decisions upon
recommendations outlined in the Department of Health
Expert Advisory Group Report
2001 (High Dependency Care for Children). A number of
the items are also required by the West Midlands
Specialised Services Agency for commissioning purposes.
Further refinement is proposed during the next
few months.
A dataset group has been developed for this purpose;
supported by Dr John Alexander and Lisa Hydes.
Please e-mail any
comments and queries to
(Paediatric High Dependency Project Administrators).
The
following download gives a data field list under
both main and sub headings in line with MANNERS
software. Each field is described briefly in terms
of pick-list options and any other information
of note.
The PHD Core Data Index is currently out for consultation.
