Meetings are held every 3 months at the Perinatal Institute which is central and easy to reach by rail and road.

Meetings will aim to include an educational forum with expert guest speakers, and a sharing best practice forum. These meetings provide the opportunity not only to network and recharge batteries, but also to keep abreast of research activities. An important feature of the network is to regularly review pertinent research and present the findings to help inform the development of effective cessation services in pregnancy.

As the coordinator Carmel would find it useful to have definite ideas about how to operationalise further the networks aims and activities which members would be interested in. Members are also encouraged to make suggestions for speakers or activities and ways in which the group can become more effective.

Next meeting:  12th March- 10:00 - 13:00
